The following was recorded between 2004 and 2008 in Athens. All instruments played or programmed by me – I was trying to teach myself some trumpet and then a bit of saxophone at the time… More pieces from that period to be added here.
Track 5 was recorded overnight during the December2008 Athens riots, following the murder of Alexis Grigoropoulos. It contains phrases from a leaflet issued by the Athens University of Ecomnomics and Business (ASOEE) squat of that period. Maybe it belongs in a different album all together.
In the sinusexplorer personal project belong more pieces – stylistic studies, that have been so far part of live laptop/DJ performances. I plan to package and add them here soon.
